Quite day at the farm. In the morning Inaki and Eleanor moved
the totes of cider completely outside the green barn (the “Juice Caboose”) to
face the coldest day since I’ve been here. If that doesn’t completely freeze the cider, then the
Vermont winter will have failed us.
However, we are all crossing our fingers and hope that melting tomorrow
with be a go.
While Inaki and Eleanor were in the
barn, I set up the blog—thanks to all who have checked it out—and tomorrow I
will create a Facebook page for Eden Ice Cider, so if you like alcoholic apple
beverages, add us as a friend!
